fa موانع اجرای پروتکل‌های مبتنی بر شواهد از دیدگاه پرستاران در مرکز آموزشی تحقیقاتی درمانی قلب‌ و عروق شهید رجایی تهران قلبی عروقی Cardiovascular پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">خلاصه</span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">هدف. </span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد به دلیل به&shy;روز بودن تدابیر و رویه‌های مراقبتی و هزینه &shy;اثربخشی برای بیماران نقش مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری دارد؛ با وجود این، بر سر راه اجرای آن موانعی وجود دارد که باید بررسی شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی موانع اجرای مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد در کارکنان پرستاری </span><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">مرکز آموزشی تحقیقاتی درمانی قلب&shy; و عروق شهید رجایی تهران</span><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">روش کار.</span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی است که بر روی 215 نفر از پرستاران بخش‌های مختلف </span><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">مرکز آموزشی تحقیقاتی درمانی قلب&shy; و عروق شهید رجایی تهران</span><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند انجام شد. برای تعیین موانع اجرای پروتکل&shy; های مبتنی بر شواهد از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. داده&shy; ها در نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">SPSS</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:" tahoma="">نسخه 20 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند</span><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">یافته &shy;ها.</span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> کارکنان پرستاری موانع اجرای مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد را مربوط به بعد مدیریتی، کافی نبودن تعداد کارکنان (80 درصد)، زیاد بودن بیماران (71 درصد)، و عدم تشویق کارکنان (68 درصد) می‌دانستند. در بعد فردی نیز فقدان وقت کافی برای پرستاران جهت مطالعه نتایج تحقیقات (72 درصد) از مهم‌ترین موانع بود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">نتیجه‌گیری. </span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">عوامل مرتبط با موانع اجرای مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد در دو حیطه فردی و مدیریتی هستند. پیشنهاد می‌گردد از طریق چیدمان صحیح نیروی انسانی، برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و گردهم‌آیی‌های آموزشی، و ایجاد تعامل با مراکز اجراکننده مراقبت مبتنی برشواهد و استفاده از تجارب آنها باتوجه به امکانات موجود، به این مقوله اهمیت بیشتری داده شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">Abstract</span></b><b><span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">Aim.</span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> This study aimed at investigating the obstacles to the implementation of evidence-based care from the perspective of the staff nurses in Rajaie Cardiovascular Medical and Research Center, Tehran, Iran</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">Background. </span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">Evidence-based care plays a crucial role in enhancing the nursing care quality due to the up-to-date care measures and procedures, and the cost-effectiveness for patients. However, there are some obstacle to implement it that should be addressed.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="font-family:" tahoma="">Method.</span></b><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""> This is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on 215 nurses from different departments of Rajaie Cardiovascular Medical and Research Center, Tehran, Iran. They were selected using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire measuring the obstacles to the implementation of evidence-based care.
