fa بیماری کووید-19 و عوارض قلبی و عروقی ناشی از آن COVID-19 and cardiovascular complications قلبی عروقی Cardiovascular كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">خلاصه هدف. این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر اختلالات و عوارض قلبی عروقی ناشی از بیماری کووید-19 انجام شد. زمینه. بیماری کرونا ویروس (کووید-19) نوعی بیماری ویروسی است که توسط ویروس سارس-کووید-2 ایجاد میشود. این ویروس اولین بار در ووهان چین کشف شد و با توجه به شیوع گسترده آن، به عنوان یک بیماری با همه گیری جهانی اعلام شد. تا کنون حدود 500 میلیون مبتلا و 6 میلیون مورد فوت در اثر این بیماری در سراسر جهان ثبت شده است. سارس-کووید-2 به طور عمده سبب بروز بیمایهای تنفسی میشود و تب، سرفه، تنگی نفس، درد عضلانی، خستگی، و اسهال از علایم شایع آن هستند. کووید-19 سبب بروز اختلالات قلبی عروقی نیز میشود که با توجه به اهمیت تاثیر این اختلالات بر سلامت افراد جامعه، در این مقاله مطالعات و پژوهشهای انجام شده در این زمینه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روش کار. مطالعه مروری حاضر از طریق جستجو در پایگاههای دادهای Web of Science، Scopus، PubMed و Google Scholar با کلید واژه های Covid-19، Coronavirus، Cardiovascular Complication و همچنین، بدون محدودیت زمانی انجام شد. از مجموع 84 مقاله مروری، 33 مقاله که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و وارد مطالعه شدند. یافته ها. بررسیها نشان داد بیماری کووید-19 میتواند سبب بروز عوارض قلبی عروقی مانند آریتمی های قلبی، سندرم کرونری حاد، آسیب حاد میوکارد، میوکاردیت و نارسایی قلبی شود. نتیجه گیری. با توجه به همه گیری بیماری کووید-19 و شیوع بالای موارد ابتلا در سراسر جهان، آشنایی با اختلالات قلبی عروقی ناشی از این بیماری و نحوه درمان و مدیریت این اختلالات دارای اهمیت است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Abstract Aim. The aim of this study was to review the cardiovascular disorders and complications caused by COVID-19. Background. Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease is a viral disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The virus was first discovered in Wuhan, China, and was declared a global pandemic due to its widespread prevalence. So far, about 500 million cases of and 6 million deaths from the disease have been reported worldwide. SARS-CoV-2 mainly causes respiratory problems, and fever, cough, shortness of breath, myalgia, fatigue and diarrhea are common symptoms of the disease. COVID-19 also causes cardiovascular disorders, which due to the importance of the impact of these disorders on the health of people in the community, in this article, studies and research conducted in this field were reviewed. Method. The keywords “Covid-19”, “Coronavirus”, and “Cardiovascular complication” were searched out in databases, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Out of 84 articles that were found the more relevant ones to the research topic were selected. After reviewing the studies thoroughly, 33 papers that were in line with the purpose of the study were selected and reviewed. Findings. Studies and findings have shown that COVID-19 can cause cardiovascular complications such as cardiac arrhythmias, acute coronary syndrome, acute myocardial injury, myocarditis and heart failure. Conclusion.
