fa بررسی نتایج آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیماران مراجعه کننده به مرکز آنژیوگرافی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان از آذرماه 1389 تا اردیبهشت ماه 1390 The study of coronary angiography results in patients referred to coronary angiography laboratory of Shahid Beheshti Hospital from November 2010 to April 2011 قلبی عروقی Cardiovascular پژوهشي Research خلاصههدف. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نتایج آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیماران بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان در سال 1390انجام شد.زمینه. بیماری‌های عروق کرونر یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های عصر حاضر می‌باشد، به گونه ای که بیشترین میزان مرگ و میر را در کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه به خود اختصاص داده است.روش کار. این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی است که با استفاده از داده های موجود انجام شده است. روش نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری و با حجم 435 نفر بود. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و سیاهه و با مراجعه به پرونده هر بیمار به دست می آمد. متغیرهای مورد مطالعه شامل سن، جنس، تشخیص، پزشک معالج، کسر تخلیه ای بطن چپ، سمت غالب در خون گیری عضله قلب، پیشنهاد نهایی پزشک معالج و شریان کرونر گرفتار و میزان درگیری آنها بود. داده ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها. این مطالعه نشان داد 1/ 56 درصد بیماران، گرفتگی خفیف و غیرپاتولوژیک و 9/43 درصد آن‌ها دچار گرفتگی پاتولوژیک در عروق کرونر بودند. در 8/21 درصد بیماران درگیری همزمان سه رگ رخ داده بود. همچنین، شریان پایین رونده قدامی چپ بیشتر از دیگر شریان‌ها دچار گرفتگی شده بود. نتیجه گیری. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه و بالا بودن موارد غیرپاتولوژیک و هزینه های مربوطه توصیه می‌شود از رویه های تشخیصی کم هزینه تر و بررسی دقیق علائم بالینی جهت انتخاب درست بیماران استفاده شود. AbstractAim. This study was done to assess coronary artery angiography results in ACS patients referred to KashanShahidBeheshti hospital.Background.Coronary artery disease is one of the most common diseases with the highest mortality rates in developed and developing countries.Method. This is a cross-sectional study, which was conducted using existent data through convenience sampling of 435 patients. The data were gathered using patient's records using tools including questionnaires and checklist. Variables include age, sex, diagnosis, physician name, left ventricle ejection fraction, dominant side of perfusion of cardiac muscle, type of physician recommendation and involved vessels. Finally, data was statistically analyzed using SPSS software, 16.0.Findings. The results of this study showed 56.1% of cases had mild (non-pathological) disorder and others (43.9%) had a severe stenosis in their coronary arteries. Also, 21% of cases had three vessel disease.
