fa بررسی وضعیت انتقال خبر فوت به خانواده‌های بیماران متوفی در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه یک مرکز درمانی تخصصی قلب‌وعروق منابع دانش پرستاران باليني Clinical nurses knowledge resources پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">خلاصه</span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">هدف. </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت انتقال خبر</span> <span lang="AR-SA">فوت </span><span lang="FA">توسط پرسنل </span><span lang="AR-SA">به خانواده‌های بیماران متوفی در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه یک مرکز درمانی تخصصی قلب&shy;وعروق در سال 1399 انجام شد.</span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">زمینه.</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> انتقال اخبار ناگوار، به‌ویژه خبر فوت، یکی از مهم‌ترین و چالش‌برانگیزترین وظایف کادر درمان در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه به شمار می‌رود. این فرآیند بر خانواده‌ بیماران تاثیرات روانی و عاطفی فراوانی دارد. در این مطالعه تلاش شد با ارزیابی عملکرد پرسنل در انتقال اخبار فوت، نقاط قوت و ضعف موجود شناسایی شوند و راهکارهای احتمالی برای بهبود این فرآیند ارائه گردند.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار.</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی از پرسشنامه </span><span lang="FA">اسپایکز</span><span lang="AR-SA"> برای ارزیابی مهارت‌ کادر درمان در انتقال خبر فوت استفاده شد. مشارکت&shy;کنندگان، 121 نفر از اعضای کادر شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه یک مرکز درمانی تخصصی قلب&shy;وعروق بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. پس از جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:118%">SPSS</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA">نسخه 24 برای تحلیل استفاده شد. </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها. </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">از مجموع 232 خبر فوت منتقل‌شده، 32/3 درصد به‌صورت حضوری و 67/7 درصد به‌ صورت تلفنی به خانواده‌ بیماران اطلاع داده شده بود. میانگین نمره کسب‌شده از پرسشنامه </span><span lang="FA">اسپایکز</span><span lang="AR-SA">&nbsp; 3/70 با انحراف معیار 6/15 بود که نشان‌دهنده عملکرد متوسط در انتقال خبر فوت است. این نتیجه نشان می‌دهد که عملکرد کادر درمان در این زمینه نسبتاً قابل قبول است، اما هنوز جای بهبود وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در این مرکز، بیشتر اخبار فوت به‌صورت تلفنی منتقل می‌شود که برخلاف استانداردهای جهانی است که تاکید دارند اخبار فوت باید در یک محیط خصوصی و به&shy;‌صورت حضوری اطلاع‌رسانی شود</span><span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:118%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری. </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه نشان داد که پرسنل شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه نیاز به آموزش‌های مداوم در زمینه مهارت‌های ارتباطی و نحوه انتقال اخبار ناگوار به خانواده بیماران دارند. همچنین، نتایج مطالعه بیانگر آن است که تدوین پروتکل‌های استاندارد برای انتقال خبر فوت در مراکز درمانی ضروری است. پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران ارشد به این امر توجه ویژه داشته باشند و پروتکل‌های دقیقی برای ارتقای کیفیت این فرآیند تدوین کنند تا از آسیب‌های روانی ناشی از انتقال اخبار فوت به خانواده‌ها جلوگیری شود</span><span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br type="_moz" > &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Abstract</b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Aim .</b>The aim of this study was to assess the current status of death notification by healthcare staff to the families of deceased patients in the intensive care units of a specialized cardiovascular medical center in 2020.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Background. </b>Delivering bad news, particularly death notification, is one of the most important and challenging responsibilities of healthcare providers in intensive care units (ICUs). This process has profound psychological and emotional impacts, not only on the patient, but also on their families. This study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the healthcare staff in delivering death news, identify existing strengths and weaknesses, and provide potential solutions for improving this process.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Method. </b>This descriptive cross-sectional study used the SPIKES questionnaire to assess the communication skills of the healthcare staff in delivering death news. A total of 121 healthcare staff members from the intensive care units of the specialized cardiovascular medical center participated in the study, selected via census sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24, and a significance level of 0.05 was considered.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Findings.</b> Of the 232 death notifications, 32.3 percent were delivered in person, and 67.7 percent were delivered by phone. The mean score obtained from the SPIKES questionnaire was 3.70&plusmn;1.56, indicating an average performance in delivering death news. This result suggests that the performance of the healthcare staff in this regard is reasonably acceptable but still has room for improvement. The study also found that, in this center, the majority of death notifications were delivered by phone, which contradicts global standards that emphasize delivering death news in a private and in-person setting.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:118%"><span style="color:black"><b>Conclusion. </b>This study showed that healthcare staff in intensive care units need continuous training in communication skills and methods for delivering bad news to patients&#39; families. Additionally, the results indicate the necessity of developing standardized protocols for death notification in healthcare settings.
